How to increase your website Traffic?!

Text Box: what does page rank mean? Page Rank is the algorithm used by the Google search engine, originally formulated by Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Page Rank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page's value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves 'important' weigh more heavily and help to make other pages 'important.' Important, high-quality sites receive a higher Page Rank, which Google remembers each time it conducts a search. Of course, important pages mean nothing to you if they don't match your query. So, Google combines Page Rank with sophisticated text-matching techniques to find pages that are both important and relevant to your search. Google goes far beyond the number of times a term appears on a page and examines all aspects of the page's content (and the content of the pages linking to it) to determine if it's a good match for your query. This is a big question, in our experience in increasing our website traffic we found some methodologies we love to share with you.
At the beginning you should try to increase your page rank.
Our website rank at the start was 0 we change it to 2 in 2 months
using these methodologies:

  1. We suggest you to do not submit your website to search engines such as Google , yahoo and MSN we prefer that you let them find you in this manner you get better rank.
  2. You can use Google webmaster tool to add your website site map to. (click here to generate your website site map)
  3. Save your html pages using full name such as Free-Files.html not p1.html or page1.html, Also name the title of your page by a name which give an idea about what it contain. (more specified better)
  4. Write clear Meta tags you can use our tool Meta Tag.
    How to choose your Meta data?!!
  1. Try to add your website link to free or paid web directories you can find many of them by searching Google.
    As much you add your website link the higher it rank goes better.
  2. Your website design is important, if your website design properties are:
    1. Nice Design (no backgrounds, good font size, no blinking images or text as mush as possible and simple colors) you can use our free or paid templates.
    2. Post some free files or tips on your site.
    3. Update you website frequently we update our
      website weekly.

  6. Make a news letter system to save the interested (in your products) visitors e-mails, so when you update your website you e-mail them with your new. In this way you keep visitors visiting your website.
  7. Also free flash games can be used for same pervious goal.
  8. Putting Chat on your website.
  9. Design a blog so you receive the comments on your website and to post your website news.
  10. Attach you website link to every e-mail you send.
  11. Broken Links will decrease your website page rank.
  12. Ask your friends to keep visit your website frequently and make your site your home page in your Explorer.

 

How to choose your site Meta data?!

The best tool you can use to find your site suitable key words is Google Adwords  tool which contains a Key word tool.

You can let the tool to read your website content and choose the suitable key words for you  (Website content option (recommended) ) or you write some key word that you think it fit in your site major (Descriptive words or phrases option).

The tool will generates some key words and give estimate average search volume in each word and the competition you may have if you used this word.

As a start I recommend you to use the words that have low competition (that means some of the site use the word or know about which will give some extra free visitors)


After that you can add the chosen key words to your website Meta Tags.

Another tool I recommended to you is Google webmaster tool

You can use this tool to know which words used in the search (Top search queries); you will see top 20 queries in which your site appeared, and the percentage of the top20 queries represented by each search. And the top 20 from which users reached your site, and the percentage of the top 20 queries represented by each click
(You can determine the time or the period to see the search queries).

Also you can add your site robot.txt and site map to Google search engine.
